At Pretty Stories, we love rewarding our customers.

Every time you shop with us in store, you’ll earn points to spend on future purchases.

How it works

Every in-store purchase earns you points automatically. It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting us and choosing Pretty Stories.

You’ll need an account set up when you shop with us in-store so your points can be added.

Each time you shop with us, you’ll need to let us know your details at the till so your points can be added to your account.

100 points = £1 to spend in store.

Check your points

You can check your points balance anytime by clicking the Pretty Points button in the bottom right-hand corner of our website.

From there:

1. Log in or create an account using the same email address you provided when we set you up in store.
   
2. Click the Pretty Points icon again to view your balance.

How to redeem

Once you’re ready to use your points, simply log into your account and click Redeem. This will create a voucher for you to use towards your next purchase in store. You can create a voucher for as little as £1!

This will generate a code, simply show it to us at the till and we’ll apply it to your purchase.

• Points are earned and redeemed in store only
• We do not sell online - all purchases must be made in person
• Your points are linked to your Pretty Stories customer account
